Lisa is a certified holistic health coach, an author and a busy Mom. She has her BSBA from Washington University in St Louis, her MBA from Georgetown, CHHC from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and her MOM degree from Emily and Paige!
After making substantial changes in her own diet and lifestyle Lisa decided she wanted to help others feel as great as she did. Her first thought was to become a fitness instructor so she trained to teach Zumba, Mat Pilates and was certified as a group fitness instructor. Then she found Health coaching and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and decide that health coaching was the perfect fit for her. (and after only teaching one Zumba class, realized teaching fitness maybe wasn’t for her…
Her education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and knowledge of different dietary theories, Lisa works with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
During her training, she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. Her teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

Lisa lives in New Jersey with her two teenage daughters, husband and yellow lab.
