A few years ago I made some substantial changes to my diet and lifestyle. These changes had a huge impact on my life – not only in how I looked and felt, but in my overall outlook. I became a health coach so that I could help others feel great as well.
Most people dread “getting healthy” because they think it means not being able to eat the foods they love, having to spend hours at the gym, and being miserable. Well, I am here to tell you that you can ENJOY HEALTHY – and through my ADD, AWARE, ADJUST, ENJOY method you will learn that being healthy doesn’t mean pain and deprivation because that isn’t enjoyable!
The method is based off the idea that we should focus on what we should be doing, not on what we shouldn’t – that is focus on the positive!
ADD- Focus on what you should be doing to ENJOY HEALTHY and ADD those things into your diet and lifestyle.
AWARE- Become aware of what you are actually doing and eating. You may think you know, but when you take a closer look you may be surprised.
ADJUST – Now that you are AWARE of what you are actually doing you can ADJUST, that is make small changes that can have a big impact.
ENJOY- Once you ADD in the good stuff, become AWARE of what you are currently doing and ADJUST where necessary, ENJOY just comes naturally.
Working with clients one on one (link), in groups (link), and through lectures and workshops (link), I help them achieve their health goals using the ADD, AWARE, ADJUST, ENJOY method.
